Coach Call About Getting Your First Customer

Are You Ready For Your One-On-One Call With Your Coach?

The goal of this call is to better prepare you to work with customers in the market place. Here, we do our best to answer any questions you have about what you’ve learned in the Work From Home steps system as well as to see what progress you might have made so far. Remember, the more you’ve done allows us to dive deeper and help you!

Some things you will discuss with your coach:

  1. Do you have any questions or need clarification?
  2. Have you taken the time to browse around on myherbalife.com and learn from the tools offered by Herbalife Nutrition?
    • If not, we highly recommend this. Herbalife Nutrition gives its distributors an amazing amount of support and information online.

Let’s discuss them again in detail. Remember, this is your WHY.

  1. Do you have questions on them?
  2. Do you understand the basic program we recommend offering?
  3. Do you understand how to recommend products for desired customer results (weight loss, weight gain, energy, daily health)?

  2. If not, what is holding you back?
    1. How do you plan to continue to get personal results and relate to your customer base?
    2. Have you been working on creating your own testimonial
      • Have you documented your results (before photo = evidence!!)
    3. Have you shared it yet? (social media, button story, etc)

    • How was your confidence? 1-10 ranking.What worked, what didn’t?
    • Where do you feel you need to improve
    • What would you like to try that you have not?

    • What is the reason you are holding back?

    • What alternative method did you try?(3-day trial, button response, inservice, etc)
